A BIT OF HOUSEKEEPING - PLEASE READ:

ADO Qualifier date has changed to this Sunday, Feb. 20 1 p.m. at Sportszone.

Singles league schedules are now posted on the Web site. ALL schedules can now be found under the SCHEDULES tab including City League.

Please print new schedules off of the Web site for the regular Spring Season as they have changed including an A league and a C league team have changed their sponsors. Thanks!

WCDA BANQUET - NEW SPRING SEASON

FALL SEASON BANQUET - January 29
1 p.m. on Saturday, January 29 at Allstars. Menu: Spaghetti & Meat Balls, Fettuccini Alfredo, Lasagna, Garlic Toast, Salad, Chicken Strips, Mashed Potatoes & Country Gravy. Drink Specials: $2 domestic cans, $4 well drinks. Blind draw will follow and money will be added to the pot!!

What is your idea of the perfect length a dart season should be? (number of weeks). Of course, this depends on how many teams sign up, but would you like to see four divisions rather than play 18 weeks straight? Or would you rather stick with 3 divisions and play each team just once to have a shorter season? Or, do you like a long season where you do play everyone twice and keep 3 divisions? IMPORTANT WCDA NEWS - FALL DART LEAGUE SEASON

FALL LEAGUE SEASON
ROSTERS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 8. They can be mailed to the WCDA, PO BOX 15975, Asheville, NC 28813, e-mailed to Rob Walsh at: walshent1@att.net, or delivered to Ken Clay at Allstars by the 8th. On the WCDA web site home page at the left by the flashing "new" sign are links to print off team roster forms and singles league roster forms.

Packet pick-up will be held on Sunday, August 22nd at the new Fairview Tavern (formerly Razcals).

Fall Team League Season will start on Tuesday, August 24th and Open Singles League on Thursday the 26th.

Darts for this evening have been postponed

Due to the weather, darts for this evening, March 2, have been postponed. Teams that feel they can still safely play may do so, but please don't play if you're not comfortable traveling in this weather. Please make up your matches within the next couple weeks.

Will finish up Thursday, Feb. 4 at All-Stars at 7 p.m.

WCDA Banquet
This Saturday, Feb. 6, at 1 p.m. at All-Stars. Double elimination blind draw tournament will follow awards ceremony. The WCDA and All-Stars will add $500 to the pot and the top 8 teams will receive payouts!

Dart League News

Mixed Triples Sign-Ups - Clarifications
In lieu of Mixed Doubles, we are going to try a Mixed Triples League this summer. Mixed Triples is a three-person team with at least one female. Format will be 701. Cost is $10 per person or $30 per team to play. This cost is the total to play for the season and is due on the first night. This will be a money league and will be held on Tuesdays at All-Stars. To sign-up a team, email bonnie at bonnie@ashevilledarts.com or call 442-1994 and leave a message if there is no answer. Make sure I have a contact phone number for your team. Sign-up by June 9. Play starts on June 15.

Spring League Banquet
The banquet will be held on June 27 at Panther's Paw. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT EVERY LEAGUE MEMBER ATTEND AS ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD FOR NEW OFFICERS!!
